Orders

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment. Please expect delays during peak periods.

Kindly ensure that the correct products have been selected before proceeding to check out. For any amendments to the orders prior to shipment, you may send a request to us via email: oneaugustclub@gmail.com

Delivery

All local orders above $80 will enjoy Complimentary Local Standard Shipping which will be based on each order number.

All local deliveries are via doorstep courier.
All international deliveries are via Easyparcel selection.

We will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcel if parcel is acknowledged and/or asking to leave in riser/shoe rack etc.
We do not deliver to Restricted Zones*.

1) Local Standard Shipping (Singapore):
Standard Shipping is a fixed fee of $4
All Standard Shipping comes with either a tracking number or sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 1-3 working days after dispatch*

Local doorstep couriers deliver between 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm on Saturday. In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the agent will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts). In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $4.

2) Standard International Shipping (we currently ship to Malaysia only):
Standard international shipping takes about 3-7 working days for West Malaysia and 5-13 working days for East Malaysia, excluding customs checking or other unforeseen circumstances. All overseas parcel are subjected to custom clearance and we do not have control over custom clearance lead time. 

Kindly note that for international orders, there might be taxes or duty fees. These will be payable by the customer.

  • ALL MINDEF/SAF (such as Singapore Armed Forces, Republic of Singapore Air Force, Republic of Singapore Navy, Military areas & camps including Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology Tower B, Defence Technology Tower A, all DSO buildings, all DSTA buildings and offices, all FSD buildings and offices and all SID building and offices)
  • ALL MHA/SPF/SCDF/Singapore Prisons Buildings (such as SCDF Academy & camps, Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, Changi Prisons, Sembawang Prisons and Admiralty West Prisons)
  • ALL Ports and Port Supporting Buildings (such as PSA Tanjong Pagar Terminal, PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal, PSA Keppel Terminal, PSA Brani Terminal, and Jurong Port)
  • ALL Airports, Air base and its supporting facilities (such as Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, Seletar Aerospace Park, Airline House, ALPS area, SATS buildings and Dnata buildings)
  • Facilities of Chemical Plants (such as Esso, Shell, Caltex, SPC), Data Centre, Engine Test Centre (such as SIA Engine Centre, Trend Engine Centre), Power Station and Shipyard natures.
