ONEAUGUSTCLUB reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from ONEAUGUSTCLUB, you have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed. You have also agreed to receive marketing communications from us on our promotions & launches. We recognise the individual rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes.

Orders
No amendment to order can be made once it has been placed and confirmed. All refund regardless of reason(s) will be only in the form of store credits. Change of order will not be allowed once it has been confirmed so that we can process all orders efficiently. Order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been confirmed. Any discount code not entered during check out or any purchase made right before/ after any sale event (Regardless of the number of minutes/ hours) is not eligible for a refund. All order are only eligible for 1 time return credit. All sale items will not be eligible for any exchange, return or refund.

Payment
The order is only considered as reserved and confirmed once payment is made. Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within the given timeframe. Store credits will be issued in the event that the payment was made after the stated duration without notifying. Refunds are strictly not allowed. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your accounts may be blacklisted from future purchases. 
Any reimbursement will be in the form of store credits (valid for 6 months). Cash refunds are strictly not allowed.

As much as ONEAUGUSTCLUB strives to capture the most accurate colour of the products, kindly take note that the colour might differ slightly in real life due to studio lightings or individual’s computer settings. A measurement error of ±2cm may be possible due to human error. All of the above are not considered product defects.
